个人及工作简历

国家“千人计划”特聘专家,电子与信息工程学院博士生导师,西安交通大学宽禁带半导体材料与器件中心主任。

1983年西安交通大学本科毕业获学士学位,1991年西安交通大学硕士研究生毕业获硕士学位,2001年日本德岛大学获博士学位。2001年至2013年,在日本先后任研究员、高级研究员、工艺开发负责人、执行董事、首席顾问、研发团队负责人等职务。

现任单晶金刚石及其电子器件泛太平洋研发与产业国际联盟秘书长、单晶金刚石及电子器件国际研讨会(SCDE)2014-2019年会议执行主席、2016年新金刚石和纳米碳(NDNC2016)国际会议主席。金刚石与碳材料国际会议 (International Conference on Diamond and Carbon Materials) 国际顾问委员会成员、新金刚石和纳米碳(NDNC)国际顾问委员会成员。日本应用物理学会(JSAP)、日本电气学会(IEEJ)、美国电气学会(IEEE)、美国显示学会(SID)和美国化学学会(ACS)会员。
