刘明,国家级特聘教授。现任西安交通大学电子科学与工程学院院长,西安交通大学研究生院副院长,精密微纳制造技术全国重点实验室副主任,自旋量子传感芯片陕西省高校工程中心负责人,陕西省政协委员,党外知识分子联谊会副会长。
围绕集成电路领域关键卡脖子问题,长期开展磁存储器、磁传感器专用材料及芯片研究、可穿戴柔性电子器件及生物传感器件研究等。以第一/通讯作者在Science , Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Energy Environ. Sci. 等国际期刊发表SCI论文280余篇,被引用10000余次,其中IF>10的论文50余篇,一作文章入选Adv. Funct. Mater.十年10篇优秀论文,发表在Science上的柔性铁电薄膜的工作引起广泛关注,并被《中国科学》头版报道,自2019年连续入选科睿唯安高被引学者;应Wiley出版社邀请,主持编写英文专著一部;申请/授权发明专利80余项。荣获高等教育(研究生)国家级教学成果奖二等奖,宝钢优秀教师奖,入选教育部专业学位教育主题案例、全国卓越工程师培养改革优秀案例,荣获陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果奖特等奖,陕西高等学校科学技术奖一等奖,中国机械工业科学技术奖科技进步奖一等奖等。
担任Physics Letter A等5个SCI期刊编委;陕西省专业学位研究生教育教学指导委员会委员、教育部教师队伍建设专家委员会工学类研究生导师队伍建设分委员会委员,自然基金委、教育部和科技部会议评审专家;中国宇航学会空间电子专业委员会副主任委员、中关村产业联盟智能传感专委会副主任、中国电子学会空间电子分会常务委员、中国电机工程学会电磁检测技术及装备专委会委员、机械工程学会微纳制造分会常务理事、中国电机工程学会智能感知专委会委员等。担任2021,2020,2018年 IEEE 国际磁学会议组委会成员、分会召集人及分会主席;第58,59,61届国际磁学与磁性材料会议分会召集人及分会主席。
