个人及工作简历


2002.12         聘为西安交通大学机械学院仪器科学与技术学科教授、博士生导师;
1998.9          聘为西安交通大学机械学院副教授;
1995.06-        留校,西安交通大学机械学院激光与红外研究所任教;
1989.09-1995.06 西安交通大学机械学院机械工程专业,获硕士、博士学位;
1985.07-1989.09 西安农业机械厂工作;
1981.09-1985.07 西安建筑科技大学机电系机械专业本科,获学士学位;

作为项目负责人承担了国内外多项纵向、横向课题,主要负责和参与了国家“973”项目、国家“863”项目、国家自然基金项目、国家经贸委项目、国家“九五”攻关项目;并分别和新加坡国家半导体公司、美国RVSI公司、德国西门子公司、日本欧姆龙公司等开展合作研究,先后研制了“在线三维轮廓测量仪”、“BGA芯片管脚测量系统”、“光学粒子测量系统”、“动态三维测量系统”等仪器和设备,并提供给对方使用。

近二十年来一直从事三维型面的智能化和实时在线检测技术的研究,先后取得科研成果奖5项;已授权专利9项,其中发明专利8项;在申请发明专利6项;在Applied Optics、Optics Letters、Optics Express、Measurement Science and Technology等国际知名期刊以及国内知名刊物发表学术论文120多篇。获得1999年度陕西省科技进步一等奖(第七获奖人),2003年度陕西高等学校科学技术奖二等奖(第三获奖人),2013年度国家技术发明二等奖(第二获奖人);所指导的博士研究生李进军于2012年获得上银优秀博士论文优秀奖。
