1. 忆阻器的制备及其在信息存储、人工神经突触、人工神经网络、神经形态学计算、智能电子皮肤、人工视觉、类脑芯片、下一代人工智能和量子信息器件中的前沿应用。

甘肃省天水市清水县人,2010年以《量子力学》专业课满分的成绩考入了西南大学攻读研究生,2015年12月博士毕业,2016年入选西南交通大学“雏鹰学者”,2018-2022年在加拿大滑铁卢大学从事博士后研究。2022年回国,目前任职于西安交通大学,并入选“青拔A”资助计划。
迄今为止,以第一/通讯作者在国际SCI期刊 Advanced Materials (IF = 29.4), ACS Nano (IF = 17.1),Advanced Functional Materials (IF = 19.0),Nano Letters (IF = 10.8),Nano Energy (IF = 17.6),Advanced Science (IF = 15.1),Small (IF = 13.3), Nano-Micro Letters (IF = 26.6),Materials Today Nano (IF = 10.3),Materials Today Physics (IF = 11.5),ACS Materials Letters (IF = 11.4) 等上发表SCI收录论文90余篇。影响因子大于10的论文30余篇,9篇遴选进入全球ESI 1% 高被引,2篇入选中国工程院编写的《全球工程前沿2020》报告中“类脑智能芯片”工程研究前沿核心论文。论文总引用超过5500次(来自Google学术),个人H指数42,i10指数131。获得授权发明专利近20项,主持自然科学基金面上项目等共计5项。
