张笑天,西安交通大学电力设备电气绝缘国家重点实验室副教授,博导。分别于2006年和2009年获得西安交通大学电气工程与自动化专业工学学士学位和工学硕士学位。2012年获得英国利物浦大学博士学位,毕业论文获得Robert Leggett Prize(优秀博士论文奖)。2013年4月至2015年11月在英国帝国理工学院任博士后副研究员。2016年3月起任西安交通大学电气工程学院副教授至今。
