个人及工作简历

刘哲,西安交通大学公共政策与管理学院教授,博士生导师;西安交通大学资源与环境治理研究中心副主任;加拿大戴尔豪斯大学客座教授。主要从事的研究领域为:资源环境管理;循环经济;可持续发展;气候变化;绿色治理。近年来,发表中英文学术论文六十余篇。其中,以第一/通讯作者在Nature, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, Energy Policy等国内外权威杂志发表论文三十余篇。发表的研究成果受到美国耶鲁大学、中国青年报、中国科学报、中国科学网、科技工作者之家等国内外多家著名学术机构和媒体转载报道,提供的决策建言及政策咨询报告被中共中央办公厅等部门采纳。曾荣获加拿大Izaak Walton Killam Fellowship、加中交换学者、联合国大学ProSPER.Net Young Researcher(UNU-IAS)青年学者、福建省闽江学者、陕西省高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果特等奖、陕西省哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖、辽宁省科学技术进步二等奖、西安交通大学青年拔尖A类人才等国内外科研奖项和学术荣誉。在资源环境管理与循环经济研究领域的学术贡献受到国际同行认可,多次接受相关学术机构及政府相关部门采访。担任Carbon Footprints期刊副主编、Resources, Environment and Sustainability期刊编委、Resources, Conservation and Recycling等期刊专刊客座主编等国际学术兼职;担任中国生态经济学学会工业生态经济与技术专业委员会理事、教育部第五轮学科评估评审专家等国内行业社会兼职。
