围绕卫生健康治理体系与治理能力，基于公共政策与管理理论与方法，结合数据科学和信息科学技术，围绕卫生服务提供体系改革、医疗机构组织与运营管理实践、医疗服务质量与绩效评估等方面开展系统研究以探索高质量卫生体系改革的路径。
