丁卫东，男，1976年3月生于湖北麻城，工学博士，西安交通大学教授、博士生导师。1997年毕业于西安交通大学电气工程学院高电压技术及设备专业，获工学学士学位。2000年毕业于西安交通大学高电压与绝缘技术，获工学硕士学位，2007年毕业于日本九州大学电气与电子系统工程专业，获博士学位。主要研究领域包括气体绝缘与气体放电、脉冲功率技术和高电压测量技术。
