分别于1998年、2001年、2007年于西安交通大学获本科、硕士、博士学位。现为西安交通大学电子科学系副教授、博士生导师。
2010-2011年在美国华盛顿大学(西雅图)作访问学者。
2015-2016在美国迈阿密大学作访问学者。
主持参与多项国家级、省部级、市级项目及企业合作项目;发表学术论文40余篇;出版学术著作及教材3部,授权发明专利2项。
