个人及工作简历
王领航,男,博士,西安交通大学电子与信息学院副教授。主要研究方向为功能材料与器件,主要从事电子陶瓷、铁电压电单晶及多铁纳米晶体的制备、结构与性能及其器件的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、教育部重点实验室青年学术骨干培植项目、中国博士后科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金、西北工业大学博士论文创新基金等。先后主要参加科研项目有国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目、国家高科技发展计划(863计划)项目、国家自然科学基金、科技部国际合作项目、xxxx预研项目、某基地重点攻关课题、陕西省科技攻关项目及陕西省产业化培育项目等。申请及授权发明专利4项。获得2014年教育部自然科学奖一等奖,中国铁道建筑总公司科技进步二等奖,西安市科技进步三等奖等。近年来在国内外相关专业杂志上共发表科技论文50余篇,SCI检索40余篇,EI检索40余篇。并同时为J. Cryst. Growth, Matter. Letters等国际国内期刊审稿人。
