研究领域(方向)

研究免疫细胞发育分化调控机制,筛选和研发抗肿瘤、抗感染及自身免疫性疾病的治疗靶点与药物,主要包括:

1)解析αβTγδTNKT细胞在胸腺内的早期发育及在外周长期维持的分子机制,阐明各种T细胞亚群如何维持机体完整的免疫系统;

2)探讨调控效应性与记忆性T细胞分化、维持的分子机制及其在抗感染、肿瘤等疾病中的应用;

3)研究调控效应性T细胞和调节性T细胞参与自身免疫性疾病发生的机制,寻找治疗自身免疫性疾病的靶点。
