科研项目

先后主持国家自然科学基金国际合作重点项目、面上项目、科技部国际合作专项、陕西省科技创新工程重大科技专项等30余项。主持修订国家 “大骨节病疗效判定”标准(WS/T 79-2011);先后参加国家 “六五”、“七五”和“八五”大骨节病科技攻关课题。

学术及科研成果、专利、论文

建立了我国大骨节病疾病生物资源库,重点研究大骨节病软骨细胞分化、细胞凋亡、差异表达基因和蛋白、大骨节病早期诊断与疾病标志物、小麦喷硒防治大骨节病、透明质酸钠膝关节注射改善大骨节病功能障碍等。

2001年享受国务院特殊津贴专家,现兼任中华医学会地方病分会委员副主任委员暨大骨节病组组长、国家卫生标准委员地方病专业委员会副主任委员、卫生部疾病控制专家委员会地方病专业委员会委员、《国外医学地理分册》杂志主编,《中华地方病学》、《中国地方病防治》杂志副主编等学术职务。《Osteoarthritis and Cartilage》、《Journal of Pathology》、《Journal of Rheumatology》等杂志审稿人。国家自然科学基金项目二审、中华医学科技奖、陕西省科学技术进步奖等的评审专家。

发表论文286篇,其中SCI收录论文96篇,二篇被本领域著名杂志《Arthritis & Rheumatism》、《Proteomics》选为封面论文,一篇论文被推荐为“F1000论文”;获陕西省科技进步一(第一获奖人)、二、三等奖, 解放军总后勤部科学技术进步二等奖、西安市科技进步二等奖和陕西省高等院校科技进步奖等10余项,获国家发明专利1项。

主编《软骨分子生物学与临床应用》、《地方病分子生物学基础与应用》论著,参编全国高等学校教材供8年制及7年制的《预防医学》(第二、三版)、《中国遗传及地方性疾病资源谱》英文版中“大骨节病”、《地方病名词解释》等8部论著,培养博、硕士研究生和留学生122名。
