2011-2014年先后在美国得州大学M.D.安德森癌症中心及斯坦福研究所进行博士后研究，研究方向为血液肿瘤基因免疫治疗。
2009年获批硕士研究生导师，2013年获批博士研究生导师.

2009年获批硕士研究生导师，2013年获批博士研究生导师，现指导博士研究生3名，硕士研究生4名，留学生1名。第一作者或通讯作者发表论文20余篇，其中在Blood Rev, Oncoimmunology及J Biol Chem 等国际知名杂志发表SCI收录论文10篇。热爱教学工作，教学方式多样，在2006-2015年教学中积极开展PBL教学，参与OSCE站点培训考试，在《中国高等医学教育》等核心期刊杂志发表教学论文5篇。
