长期致力于新型智能药物递送系统的设计、合成及其在肿瘤精准治疗和生物医学工程领域中的应用与临床转化研究。重点关注磁场、超声波、pH、氧化还原等刺激响应递送平台、载药微球介入递药体系、智能仿生递药体系等。研究内容主要包括:
(1)肿瘤微环境响应性药物递送系统的设计及其在肿瘤诊疗及重塑免疫微环境中的应用研究;
(2)载药微球的设计、合成及其在肝癌介入栓塞中的应用及临床转化研究;
(3)医工交叉智能仿生磁控介入体系的研发与医学应用。
