薛力，医学博士，主任医师，教授，博士（后）导师。 现任西安交通大学第二附属医院泌尿外科主任、党支部书记、外科学系主任，兼任泌外研究所副所长。 曾赴美国维克森林大学（Wake Forest University）担任高级访问学者。 学术兼职： 中华医学会泌尿外科分会（CUA）机器人学组委员、青年学组委员（第十三届）；陕西省医促会泌尿微创专委会主任委员；陕西省医学会泌尿外科学分会委员兼秘书；陕西省中西医结合学会泌尿MDT分会青年主任委员等。 临床贡献： 从事泌尿外科工作20余年，年均手术量逾270台。主持建立了二附院前列腺穿刺室，完善并推广了前列腺癌一体化诊疗模式。

1.主持： 陕西省重点研发计划国际科技合作重点项目 (2021GH-ZDXM-39)，miR-20b-5p在前列腺癌发生及早期诊断中的作用研究，2024-01 至 2025-12。

2.主持： 国家自然科学基金青年项目 (81200552)，c-Kit信号通路对输尿管功能性梗阻的影响，已结题。

3.主持： 陕西省重点研发计划 (2019SF-119)，新型DVC处置系统在腹腔镜前列腺根治术中的研发应用，已结题。
