On the morning of November 29, a delegation from Japan’s Shimadzu Corporation, led by the company’s president Mr. Akira Nakamoto, visited XJTU. Vice President Yan Jianqun welcomed President Akira Nakamoto and his party, and gave them a brief presentation on XJTU’s history and the current programs and research at the School of Medicine, and he introduced the performance of the medical testing instruments provided by Shimadzu Corp and used in the XJTU medical school. The party secretary of the School of Medicine Professor He Langchong then gave a report on the operations of the XJTU- Shimadzu Analysis and Testing Center.
